- Durham Fair: Status for 2008 & volunteer sign-up
- Booksale/Bakesale: Presentation of rough draft of manual.
- Phone-a-thon: Summary of 2008 , and expectations for 2009
- Judge Coe Day/Old Homes Day: 2009 is they year for Old Homes Days Parade, volunteers to create float with staff and march in parade.
- By-Laws: Complete the voting of the proposed By-Laws, all areas in RED need to still be voted upon. (Each member should please bring their copy of the Proposed By-Laws with them.)
- Building and Grounds: Update members at to work completed for FY 2007-2008 and current work completed FY 2008-2009.
- Membership: No Report at this time.
9.Old Business:
- Sale of Land
- Replenish Endowment
- Proceed with Hiring Attorney
10. New Business:
- Combination of the Board & Associations = Board of Trustees
11. Vote in 2008-2009 Association Officers:
- President: Position Vacant, Treasurer has been supporting the Vice President
- Vice President: Currently Julie Carroll for Board and Associations, will not be able to run that Position for 2008-2009
- Secretary: Currently Jean Hazen for Board and Ashley Zawacki for Association
- Treasurer – currently Taryn Anderson
